Talk about personal service! This place is at the opposite end of the AI robot service spectrum, found in more & more places. We have received and ordered flowers from this fine local florist & wholeheartedly recommend this business. The bouquets are stunning & they last and last and last. The store is a beautiful store to browse in too. It's worth a visit.

I had fine floral designs do my wedding flowers back in 2011. They were absolutely fantastic! First thing, they can get beautiful flowers. Second, they really really want you to have beautiful flowers while working with your budget. They are very knowledgable about the cost of flowers and will let you know if your choice of flowers will put you over budget and they will give a second option if you can't afford a certain flower type. It was so nice to not feel pressured to spend more money and do their vision of your wedding. Since my wedding, my husband continues to go here for a bouquet of flowers on our anniversary each year. If I had to do my wedding all over again, I would go with fine floral designs every time.

I rec'd a surprise birthday bouquet (FDT from Ontario). They're the most beautiful, long lasting flowers I've had in ages. Last two bouquets I rec'd (from other local florists) were wilting and dying in 3-4 days. My bouquet is nearly two weeks old and still going strong!! I walked into this story and experienced a hydrated jungle of greenery, blossoms, beautiful pots, and the kindest smiles growing through discussions of gardening. The fresh eucalyptus leaves that come in every Monday are absolutely stunning and have strong aromas. Even the plants seem happy <3 Thank You for a beautiful Saturday Afternoon.

I live out of province and placed an online order to be delivered to a friend in Victoria. The process was simple and the price very reasonable. The arrangement was delivered in a timely manner and exactly what I ordered. So many times I’ve placed orders for delivery from other resources, only to find that the end product didn’t look at all like what I ordered or the quality was poor. The person I spoke with was very helpful with suggestions and information that assisted me with my choice of design and price point. The recipient sent me a note that described the potted plant as the largest and most exquisite that she had ever seen....just the reaction that I was hoping for. There is no better place for flowers in the city! Period! 🙂 I helped plan my friends engagement, and Fine Floral Design helped me every step of the way! Maggie and Jane were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by offering some ideas to help make my friends engagement even more special. We were able to get Sunflowers out of season, the most gorgeous rose pedals, a beautiful centre piece for the surprise dinner, and decadent long stem roses for the hotel room. The quality of the flowers, the over-all experience, and every detail along the way was phenomenal. You will never be disappointed in getting your flowers here!
